Boiler Installation in Selby

Wrote this review twice, first one didn’t give Andy enough credit, After getting a quote( a very reasonable quote should I add) we decided to go ahead and booked Andy to do the job required, I still can’t believe the work Andy did in A DAY AND A HALF, First day from turning up at the time told Andy worked like a trogan,( I just kept up the supply of coffee and the odd wagon wheel lol) From removing the old boiler, fitting the new one, removing the old water tank, and water tank, from the cupboard upstairs and disposing them from the property, to doing all the outside work and then making sure we had water and heating before he left, can I just add too that he did all this work ON HIS OWN TOO, I still can’t believe all what he did on day 1.

Andy is an honest and reliable plumber. He replaced our boiler a few years back after having no end of trouble with a low standard boiler that was previously fitted by someone who wasn't interested in coming back to service/repair. I have to add the cost of fitting the inferior boiler was no cheaper in price than the decent one Andy has fitted and the new boiler has been amazing no issues at all. He also noticed we didn't have a smoke alarm and went back home and brought one back later that evening. Andy contacts me every year to keep on top of its service for which I am thankful. A real genuine nice bloke. Wouldn't trust anyone else and I hope he doesn't ever retire for pure selfish reasons.

Andy earned my respect from the start by turning up when he said he was going to. He was kind, polite and professional, he explained every part of the process, gave clear and concise advice. He did an excellent job for me (new central heating) it was a fair price, done in a timely manner and finished when he said it would be. He gave me a daily report about what he had done that day, and what would be done the following day, and he cleared up after he'd finished, at the end of each day. I would happily recommend him. 1st class job Andy, I'm most grateful.😊
