Leadwork & Chimney Repairs
Leadwork & Chimney Repairs in Wokingham
Lead flashing around chimneys, valleys and abutments renewed, plus chimney repointing and stack repairs.
Most leaks around a chimney come down to the lead flashing rather than the brickwork, either it's lifted, split, or was never dressed in properly to begin with. We renew the flashing where it's failed and make sure it's properly tucked into the brickwork so water can't get behind it.
Where the chimney itself needs work, cracked pointing, damaged flaunching around the pots, or a stack that's started to lean, we'll deal with that at the same time rather than leaving it for a separate job. It's usually more cost-effective to sort the lead and the stack together while the scaffolding's already up.

What customers say
365 roofing did an amazing job of replacing my old ridge tiles with a dry ridge and replacing all the mortar in my verges as the original was starting to crack and crumble. They were very professional and turned up when they said they would. The work was done in a few days and they tidied up after themselves. I can highly recommend the team and will be using them again if I need any further roof work done in the future.
The project lasted several weeks, and throughout the entire process the team were professional, reliable, hardworking and always kept us informed. The standard of workmanship was outstanding, with great attention to detail and a real pride in doing the job properly.
From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They turned up when promised, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. The attention to detail and pride in their work really stood out.
