New Roof Installations
New Roof Installations in Wokingham
Full roof strip and re-roof, felt, battens and covering replaced and made weathertight.
A new roof starts with stripping the old covering back to the rafters so we can see what's underneath. Any rotten timber or damaged sarking gets replaced before anything new goes on, so the roof isn't covering up a problem for someone to find in ten years. From there it's new felt, battens and covering, finished with proper ridge, hip and verge detailing so water runs off the way it's meant to.
How long it takes depends on the size and pitch of the roof and what we find once we're up there, but we'll give you a realistic timeframe before we start and keep you updated if anything changes. Scaffolding goes up first for safe access, and the site gets cleared and the skip taken away once the job's done.
What's included
- Old covering stripped and disposed of
- New felt, battens and covering fitted
- Ridge, hip and verge detailing
- Timber checked and replaced where needed

Reviews
What customers say
365 roofing did an amazing job of replacing my old ridge tiles with a dry ridge and replacing all the mortar in my verges as the original was starting to crack and crumble. They were very professional and turned up when they said they would. The work was done in a few days and they tidied up after themselves. I can highly recommend the team and will be using them again if I need any further roof work done in the future.
The project lasted several weeks, and throughout the entire process the team were professional, reliable, hardworking and always kept us informed. The standard of workmanship was outstanding, with great attention to detail and a real pride in doing the job properly.
From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They turned up when promised, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. The attention to detail and pride in their work really stood out.
